Divorce & Child Custody

Defendant's wife filed for divorce and sought permanent alimony as well as a home that had been in his family for generations.  After several rounds of negotiation and mediation, we reached a settlement allowing him to keep the home and pay no alimony whatsoever.

Plaintiff filed for divorce against his wife after she assaulted him and verbally abused their teenaged child.  We took his case to trial and the Court granted him sole custody.

After Defendant's husband filed for divorce, we negotiated a settlement which gave her primary custody of their children and substantial alimony and child support. When her ex-husband refused to pay, we filed a contempt action and obtained full payment of arrears plus attorney's fees.

Plaintiff filed for divorce due to his wife's infidelity.  We negotiated a settlement giving our client 50/50 custody of their children and most of the marital assets, including the marital home.
