Defendant was charged with brandishing a firearm at a man who damaged property at her home and threatened her family.  The State dismissed all charges after we filed an immunity motion arguing that she acted in self-defense.

Defendant was facing 30 years in prison for multiple charges of aggravated stalking.  We obtained his release from jail and the State dismissed all charges after we demanded a jury trial and filed motions challenging the indictment.
