Motorcycle DUI

Defendant was facing 20 years in prison for aggravated assault.  We demanded a jury trial and he was found not guilty.

Defendant was charged with armed robbery and facing life in prison.  The State dismissed his charge after we proved that he had no weapon.

Defendant was pulled over for speeding on his motorcycle and charged with DUI.  We demanded a bench trial and the Court found him not guilty.

Defendant was charged with DUI after an officer coerced her into completing field sobriety tests. The State dismissed all charges after we filed a motion to suppress evidence.
